Terms & Conditions
Other things to note I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay! Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well. I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30. Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless! Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time. Check-in time is at 3 pm, but due to the large size of the property and time, it takes to clean I might ask you to check-in after 6 pm if there are other guests checking out on the same day. Bag-drop will be available from 3 pm or earlier, please message for details and I will be happy to find a solution for you. Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm. Unauthorized late check out will be charged at £50 per hour. Please don't move any furniture around the house, if you do, please move it back to where it was when you checked in. If the furniture is not in the correct place after your check out, you would be charged 100 GBP. Please pay attention that the internet speed is not for streaming or video calls. It is only for basic needs - messaging, search, etc. Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.

  • Grace period: cancel within 48 hours after the reservation was made and at least 14 days before check-in to get a full refund
  • If cancelled up to 7 days before check-in, you pay 50% of the booking cost
