IMPORTANT: You will be held responsible for keys to the apartment. We reserve the right to charge Guests £100 per set of keys if lost or damaged. Smoking is prohibited, if we find cigarette ends or other signs of smoking after your stay we will claim up to £100 from the security deposit. No noise (including loud music) after 9pm. Using the address for personal correspondence and deliveries is prohibited. I might ask you to vacate the property immediately if you breach this rule.
