The space
Step into this beautifully designed three-floor house that offers comfort and sophistication.
On the ground floor, you'll find the heart of the home: the living room, kitchen and dining room. Relax in the cosy living room what you will find in the separate room with a plush sofa, three armchairs, round tables, a decorative fireplace, a soft ottoman centrepiece, and large windows that fill the space with natural light.
The fully equipped kitchen is in a separate place, boasts all the essentials for preparing your favourite meals, and features a central island with six barstools. From the kitchen, you can get into a dedicated dining room with a decorative fireplace and a long table for six, perfect for shared meals and gatherings.
On the first floor, the master bedroom invites you with a super king-sized bed, a large window, two bedside tables, a chest of drawers, and a wardrobe. The en suite bathroom offers a serene escape with a window, a decorative fireplace, a bathtub, and a separate shower.
This floor also has an additional WC for convenience.
The top floor houses two more bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. One bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the other has a double bed. Both rooms include decorative fireplaces, storage spaces, and bedside tables. One bedroom also offers a convenient workspace. The bathroom on this floor is airy and bright, featuring a window, a bathtub, and a shower.
On the lower ground floor, you’ll find the laundry area equipped with a washer, dryer, and ample space for drying and ironing.
Both beds are dressed in hotel-quality linens for a restful night’s sleep. Complimentary toiletries and soft towels are provided for your comfort.
The garden area offers a delightful space for relaxation and play, featuring a children’s playground where little ones can enjoy themselves. For a peaceful start to your day, outdoor furniture provides the perfect spot to enjoy our morning coffee in the fresh air.
Additionally, the property includes a convenient private parking space for one car, ensuring ease and comfort during your stay.
Before your arrival, the house will be professionally cleaned to the highest standards, ensuring a welcoming and immaculate space for your stay.

You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.

I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!
Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.
Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!
Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.
Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm.
Unauthorised late checkout will be charged £50 per hour.
Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.
