Please do not move any furniture in the flat. If you did move it, please return it to the original spot upon check out. If the furniture was moved and not returned to original spot, a penalty of £100 will apply. You will be held responsible for keys to the apartment. We reserve the right to charge you £100 per set of keys if lost or damaged. Never go out without keys as you won't be able to get back inside without them. Please, never leave the place open. Smoking is prohibited inside the property. If cigarette ends or other signs of smoking are found after your stay, we will claim up to £500 from the security deposit. I respect my neighbors, so please don't be too loud. No noise or loud music after 9 pm. Please be careful not to scratch the floor. Pets are not allowed. There is a penalty of £500 if a party is detected at the property. If you experience any issues with WiFi, such as low speed or poor signal, please try to reset the router, it should resolve the issue.
