No use of open flames or heat , candles, BBQs , etc on the balcony allowed for fire safety reasons. for similar reasons you can not store electric bikes, scooters, hover boards ... on the balcony. Please keep noise down, quiet hours are from 8pm to 8 am. Do not allow strangers to tailgate after you enter the building Do not leave anything outside the front door of the apartment - it is against the fire safety rules. Please leave the dishwasher, and washing machine ajar after use to prevent mould from developing The apartment is very well insulated - please air out the flat in cold months regularly to avoid condensation and mould development. The bathrooms are fitted with extractor fans, please use them and leave the bathroom doors open after use to prevent condensation and mould from developing. Similarly please use the extractor fan when cooking. All built-in appliances in the kitchen have isolation switches on the wall Please ensure you put the parking permit back into the flat after use – there is a reissue fee if you lose it or take it away
