This ground-floor flat is thoughtfully designed to accommodate all guests and provides easy access to the patio for relaxation and outdoor enjoyment. The double glazing windows ensure a peaceful and quiet atmosphere during your stay. Located on the ground floor and provides patio access. The flat comprises of 1 bedroom with double bed, cosy living room with a sofa and fully equipped kitchen. The flat includes all essential amenities for a comfortable stay. Stay connected with complimentary WiFi, and enjoy the convenience of fresh linen and towels provided during your visit. Guest access You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guest comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in entirety.

Terms & Conditions

I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay! Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £20 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well. I can accommodate late check in after 9pm for a fee of £30. Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless! Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check in at the requested time. Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500. I want your stay to be truly exceptional, and your feedback plays a crucial role in ensuring that.
