Please note that the apartment's interior may be slightly different from the photos. Relax on the comfortable sofa, enjoy movie nights on the projector TV, or focus on the dedicated workstation with a widescreen monitor. A chef’s dream, the fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need, with the added convenience of a bar area for casual dining. The adjacent dining area, set near a large window, comfortably seats up to seven guests—perfect for memorable gatherings. The master bedroom is a haven of luxury, featuring an emperor-size bed (7’ x 7’) adorned with hotel-quality linens and ample storage space. The second bedroom offers a cosy double bed for additional comfort. The spacious bathroom includes a rainforest shower and luxurious bathtub, with an additional WC downstairs for convenience. Located in a secure, locked gated courtyard, this maisonette offers both safety and tranquillity, free from traffic noise. Rest assured, the flat will be meticulously cleaned before your arrival. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.

Terms & Conditions

Other things to note I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay! Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well. I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30. Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless! Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time. Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm. Unauthorised late checkout will be charged £50 per hour. Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.
