In my bright and stylish third-floor apartment, you'll find everything you need for a wonderful stay in London, whether you're here with family, on a business trip, or enjoying a romantic getaway. The bright living room features a soft, comfortable sofa and a large flat-screen TV, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a busy day or enjoy a cozy movie night. The modern kitchen with a cozy breakfast place for two is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, whether it's a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner. The apartment features two spacious bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to ensure a restful stay. You'll find a King-size bed in one room and a pull out Queen size bed respectively in the other, both dressed with hotel-quality linens for your utmost comfort. The large panoramic windows in each bedroom provide beautiful views, creating a serene environment to relax in after a day of business meetings or exploring London's vibrant attractions. One of the bedrooms also includes a dedicated workspace, perfect for those who need a quiet area to work from home. Step out onto one of the two private balconies and savor your morning coffee or relax in the evening while taking in the views of the O2 and Canary Wharf skyline. The contemporary bathroom offers a walk-in shower, providing a refreshing start to your day or a relaxing end to it. The bath amenities will help you unwind, and the plush towels add a touch of warmth and comfort. The apartment will be professionally cleaned and set up to hotel standards before you arrive. For your piece of mind, one dedicated parking slot is included. Enjoy the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and elegance in this beautiful London apartment! Guest access You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety. Other things to note Please respect our neighbours and maintain quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Please loud music, parties, or events are NOT allowed. I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay! Please note that that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well. Kindly be advised that linen for the baby cot is not provided as a standard service. However, you may pre-order it separately for a fee of £20. To ensure availability, please notify me at least five days prior to your reservation. Thank you for your understanding. I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30. Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless! Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time. Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. Latest check-out time is 1 pm. Unauthorised late check out will be charged at £50 per hour. Please don't move any furniture around the house, if you do, please move it back to where it was when you checked in. Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500. If you wish to smoke, please do so on the balcony with the doors closed or outside the building. The flat is recently renovated so please treat it as you would your own.

  • Grace period: cancel within 48 hours after the reservation was made and at least 14 days before check-in to get a full refund
  • If cancelled up to 7 days before check-in, you pay 50% of the booking cost
  • In any other case, there’s no refund
