Welcome to my bright and comfortable studio flat, conveniently located in a very peaceful neighborhood of Deptford, just 5 minutes from the Deptford Bridge DLR station. Enjoy neighborhood of Ravensbourne river and picturesque Ornamental gardens just in front of the building. Easy access to Central London is guaranteed by convenient DRL, which can reach you to vibrant Canary Warf in 13 mins and to the Bank in 20 mins. Deptford Broadway with cafes, restaurants and shops is just in 5 mins on foot! The space Enjoy stunning views of Canary Warf from this beautiful studio, situated on the fifth floor in a Deals Gateway development with lift access. Step inside and unwind on a leather sofa after full day of exploring London, or cook delicious meals in a fully equipped kitchen. This bright studio is a perfect spot for business travelers, friends, or couples in a romantic getaway. The bedroom area equipped with a comfortable double bed, adorned in a crispy hotel quality linen. The bathroom with a refreshing shower is stocked with fluffy towels and toiletries. The property will be meticulously cleaned prior to your arrival, ensuring smooth and pristine environment. Guest access You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.

Terms & Conditions

Other things to note -I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay! -Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well. -The sofa is great for kids accommodation. Please let me know at least 2 days in advance that you need an additional sleeping place and linen, otherwise I cannot guarantee the third person accommodation. -I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £50. -Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless! -Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time. -Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm. Unauthorized late check out will be charged at £50 per hour. Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.
