This flat is a stylish and comfortable place to call your home away from home. Located on the ground floor, it features modern fittings while maintaining its Victorian charm. A real highlight of this home is its proximity to Central London, with a quick 3-minute walk to Dollis Hill station on the Jubilee line, from where you can reach central London in no time! The living area and semi-separate dining room combine tasteful interior decor with lovely finishing touches to create a relaxing place to stay. The living room features two comfortable sofas and a TV, perfect for unwinding. The dining area, which seats four people, is ideal for meals with family or friends. In the kitchen, you’ll find all the modern appliances you need to cook a delicious meal. The bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed with fresh hotel-quality linens. It boasts an ensuite storage unit for all your clothing and expansive views from a gorgeous Victorian-style window! You can freshen up in the bathroom, where you can enjoy an energizing shower in a luxuriously decorated cabin. Towels and toiletries are provided. The property will be professionally cleaned before your stay. Guest access You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guest comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in entirety. Other things to note -I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay! -Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well. -I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30. -Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless! -Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time. -Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm. Unauthorised late check out will be charged at £50 per hour. Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty 500 GBP.
