This bright and spacious 1000 sq.ft. two-bedroom apartment is situated on the 1st floor in the Spitalfields area, just a 5-minute walk from Aldgate and Aldgate East underground stations and the City of London. The lounge is bright and cozy, featuring a comfortable sofa, TV, and a delightful dining area for four. The separate modern kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, cooking utensils, pots, and pans. Both double bedrooms are well-lit and offer ample storage space, with fresh hotel-quality linen on the beds. The second bedroom includes a dedicated workspace for your convenience. Choose between two bathrooms, each stocked with fluffy towels and toiletries. One offers a spacious bathtub, and the other a walk-in shower for your relaxation. Enjoy fresh air and unwind in the inviting communal garden. The apartment will be professionally cleaned and set up to hotel standards before your arrival. I hope you enjoy your stay here! Guest access You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety. Other things to note -I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay! -Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well. -I can accommodate late check in after 9 pm for a fee of £30. -Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless! -Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check in at the requested time. - Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1pm. Unauthorised late check out will be charged at £50 per hour. Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.
