Our fully equipped separate kitchen, complete with roof windows that bathe the space in natural light, is a chef's haven, ready for your culinary creativity. The dining space, accommodating up to six guests, is ideal for enjoying meals with loved ones. Both bedrooms offer ample space for relaxation, with luxurious hotel-quality linens ensuring a restful night's sleep. Each bedroom features roof windows, adding to the airy ambiance throughout. The master bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom with a refreshing walk-in shower, providing convenience and privacy. It also features a dedicated workspace, perfect for those who need to stay productive during their stay Indulge in the second modern bathroom, equipped with a rejuvenating bathtub for soothing tired muscles. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries are provided for your comfort. Rest assured, the flat will be meticulously cleaned before your arrival, ensuring a pristine and welcoming environment for your stay in this vibrant city. Guest access You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety. Other things to note -I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay! -Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well. -I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30. -Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless! -Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time. -Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm. Unauthorised late checkout will be charged £50 per hour. Please don't move any furniture around the house, if you do, please move it back to where it was when you checked in. If the furniture is not in the correct place after your checkout, you will be charged 100 GBP. - Please respect the neighbours and don't play loud music or TV after 10 pm. - Please respect my place and treat it as your own - I'm sure you will have a great stay here! There are security cameras in the building, but not inside the flat. Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.
