On the ground floor, you will find an open-plan design encompassing the kitchen, dining area, and lounge. The modern kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances and sleek cabinetry. The spacious living and dining area, with full-length sliding doors, opens to the garden, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living. Additionally, there is a convenient WC (half bathroom) on this level.
The first floor is designed with families in mind, featuring two children's bedrooms, one with a charming cabin bed and and an additional mattress that can be added under the cabin bed. The bedroom includes a comfortable single bed and a sofa bed. The house will be professionally cleaned and set up to Hotel standards before you arrive.

You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.

I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!
Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.
I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30.
Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!
Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.
Check-in time is at 3 pm, but due to the large size of the property and time, it takes to clean I might ask you to check-in after 6 pm if there are other guests checking out on the same day. Bag-drop will be available from 3 pm or earlier, please message for details and I will be happy to find a solution for you.
Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm.
Unauthorized late check out will be charged at £50 per hour.
Please don't move any furniture around the house, if you do, please move it back to where it was when you checked in.
If the furniture is not in the correct place after your check out, you would be charged 100 GBP.
Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.
