A spacious dining area for six is nestled near the garden entrance, providing a delightful setting for meals with family and friends. The kitchen is adorned with wooden accents and comes complete with all essential appliances and spacious cabinets, ideal for quick meals or home chef cookouts. A conveniently located, spacious half washroom just across the corridor. A green back garden, featuring outdoor furniture for dining or relaxation and a tranquil area perfect for unwinding in the London sun. Ascend the plush carpeted stairs to find two bedrooms. Each bedroom on this floor has a comfortable double bed as well as an ample storage for clothing and meticulously maintained hospitality standards. The bathroom has a large bathtub and a modern toilet; fully stocked with fluffy towels and toiletries, is also located on this floor, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Venture up to the attic area to discover an expansive master bedroom adorned with a comfortable double bed dressed in crisp linens. It is complemented by an ensuite bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower, impeccably maintained sanitary fixtures, and complimentary towels. Expansive angled and regular-sized windows flood this magnificent sleeping quarters with natural light and provide captivating views over the green areas. To enhance your stay, a professional cleaning service is conducted prior to your arrival, with additional appointments available upon request for a separate fee. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety. Other things to note I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay! Please note that that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well. I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30. Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless! Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time. Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. Latest check-out time is 1 pm. Unauthorised late check out will be charged at £50 per hour. Please don't move any furniture around the house, if you do, please move it back to where it was when you checked in. If the furniture is not in the correct place after your check out, you would be charged 100 GBP.
