The space The flat is conveniently situated on the first floor (just one flight of stairs) of this beautiful historic mansion. Relax on the stylishly crafted couch while watching your favorite TV shows in the living room. This space also serves as a professional office, meeting all your business needs. Explore the separate kitchen, featuring convenient cabinets and appliances. Additionally, enjoy a cozy dining area for two. The bedroom is complete with a double bed with fresh premium quality linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Additionally, enjoy ample clothing storage for your convenience. The bathroom boasts a spacious bathtub, complimentary toiletries, and fresh, crisp towels. The flat will be meticulously cleaned and prepared for your arrival, ensuring a fresh and welcoming start to your stay. Guest access You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.

Terms & Conditions

Other things to note I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay! Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well. I can accommodate late check in after 9pm for a fee of £30. Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless! Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check in at the requested time. Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. Latest check-out time is 1pm. Unauthorised late check out will be charged at £50 per hour. Please don't move any furniture around the house, if you do, please move it back to where it was when you checked in. If the furniture is not in the correct place after your check out, you would be charged 100 GBP. Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.
