Nestled on the second floor, this inviting flat boasts a spacious living room featuring a stylish navy-colored couch, a TV station, and a dining table perfect for family gatherings. The kitchen is a secluded culinary oasis adorned with artificial marble, equipped with all necessary appliances and ample cabinet space, making it ideal for cooking enthusiasts. The flat includes two beautifully appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a luxurious king-size bed, while the second bedroom features a cozy small double bed. Both rooms are fitted with crisp, fresh linens, large storage units for clothing, and expansive windows that flood the space with natural light. The modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and high-end appliances, complemented by free toiletries and plush crispy towels for guests. Prior to your arrival, the apartment is meticulously cleaned by professionals. Additional cleaning services are available upon request during your stay for an extra fee, ensuring a pristine and comfortable living environment. Guest access You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety. Other things to note The on-street parking is paid between 10-11 am, but for the rest 23 hours is free. I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay! Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well. I can accommodate late check in after 9pm for a fee of £30. Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless! Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check in at the requested time. Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. Latest check-out time is 1pm. Unauthorised late check out will be charged at £50 per hour. Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.
