Sink into one of the plush sofas, perfect for board games, TV viewing, or simply soaking in the mesmerizing vistas of London's dawns and sunsets. Adjacent to the living room, the dining area offers a charming setting with a four-seat table, conveniently nestled beneath the Victorian staircase, leading to the upper floor. The separated timeless kitchen boasts classic-styled cabinets bathed in natural light, offering an illuminated culinary haven equipped with all the essentials for hosting gatherings and creating memorable meals. Each bedroom exudes comfort and warmth with double-sized beds draped in fresh linens and ample storage, ensuring a cozy retreat for every guest. Spread across separate levels, they offer privacy and space for everyone. Two of the bedrooms boast comfortable dedicated workspaces, perfect for productivity and focus. Meanwhile, the top-floor bedroom presents a unique aesthetic with its wood-covered walls and stylish steep ladder access, appealing to young individuals with artistic inclinations. Step outside onto the terrace, accessible from the top-floor bedroom, offering an ideal spot for summer gatherings, late-night storytelling, and year-round barbecues against the backdrop of London's breathtaking skyline. Unwind in the well-appointed sanitary area on the first floor, featuring a large bathtub and flawless amenities, complemented by complimentary toiletries and crisp towels for your convenience. The property features high-speed fiber Wi-Fi and a smart TV, providing you with seamless connectivity and entertainment options during your stay. Your comfort is our priority, with pristine cleanliness maintained by our trusted professional cleaning team, ensuring a welcoming environment from the moment you arrive and throughout your stay, available for an additional fee. Guest access You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety. Other things to note I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay! Please note that that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well. I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30. Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless! Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time. Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. Latest check-out time is 1 pm. Unauthorised late check out will be charged at £50 per hour. Please don't move any furniture around the house, if you do, please move it back to where it was when you checked in. Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.
