Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless! Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time. Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm. Unauthorized late check-out will be charged at £50 per hour. Smoking in the house is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.
