Bathed in natural light through large sash windows, this property is a haven of style and comfort. Immerse yourself in the thoughtfully designed spaces, where every detail contributes to an exceptional living experience. Upon entering the ground floor, a unique welcome awaits with old cinema seats along the corridor, inviting you to take off your shoes after a day of shopping. The staircase leads both up to the bedrooms and down to the garden room and kitchen. The ground floor features a double reception room, where one side offers a generous sofa facing a fireplace and TV for your favorite shows. On the garden side, a built-in desk transforms the space into an office or an extra room with two additional single beds. The perfect blend of relaxation and functionality. Descend to the lower ground, where the open-plan kitchen with a breakfast bar awaits. Equipped with high-spec appliances, including a Miele oven, dishwasher, induction hob, large fridge freezer, microwave, and Nespresso coffee machine, it caters to culinary enthusiasts. The adjacent dining room comfortably seats 8, creating a space for delightful gatherings. The utility room, complete with a sink, washing machine, and dryer, adds convenience to your stay. Continue to the garden room, a bright space with large windows and direct access to a south-facing garden with hardwood decking and a built-in bench. This outdoor oasis offers the perfect retreat to read a book surrounded by lush greenery. On the first floor, two bedrooms with standard king-size beds and built-in cupboards provide a restful haven. The family bathroom, with a bath/shower, adds a touch of luxury to your stay. The top floor reveals the master bedroom, opening onto a roof terrace with panoramic views of the City. The ensuite bathroom, with a walk-in shower, enhances your experience with contemporary elegance. The super king-size bed of 180cm and built-in cupboards complete this sophisticated retreat. Enjoy the convenience of hotel-quality linen, complimentary toiletries, and pristine cleanliness ensured by professional cleaning before your arrival. Guest access You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guest comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in entirety. Other things to note Security cameras have been installed on the property for safety purposes, especially when the premises are unoccupied. Please feel free to turn them off upon your arrival. I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay! Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well. I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30. Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless! Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time. Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. Latest check-out time is 1 pm. Unauthorised late check out will be charged at £50 per hour. Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.

  • Grace period: cancel within 48 hours after the reservation was made and at least 14 days before check-in to get a full refund
  • If cancelled up to 7 days before check-in, you pay 50% of the booking cost
