The space Comfortable Studio with two double beds, hotel-quality linens, plenty of pillows(soft and firm) and cushions, blackout curtains, bedside lamps, lots of hangers one well-equipped kitchen, contemporary bathroom with towels and essentials, hairdryer perfect for business or leisure, family vacation, suitable for short stays. The apartment has good air flow in summer and is nice and warm during winter thanks to efficient underfloor heating and air conditioning. In the bathroom, you will find a two-mode shower with great water pressure, a bathtub, fluffy towels, and toiletries. The apartment will be professionally cleaned and set up to Hotel standards before you arrive! I hope you enjoy your stay here! Guest access You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.

Terms & Conditions

IMPORTANT: -You will be held responsible for keys to the apartment. We reserve the right to charge Guests £100 per set of keys if lost or damaged. -Smoking is prohibited, if we find cigarette ends or other signs of smoking after your stay, we will claim up to £100 from the security deposit. -No noise (including loud music) after 9 pm. - Parties are prohibited in my property and if there will be signs of it left you may be charged £500. - If there will be any complaints that my guests are organizing unauthorized parties or misusing the property, you might be asked to vacate the property immediately and I hold the right to use security guard services if necessary. All eviction expenses will be charged to the guest’s account. -Using the address for personal correspondence and deliveries is prohibited. I might ask you to vacate the property immediately if you breach this rule.
