Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless! Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm. Unauthorised late check-out will be charged £50 per hour. Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.
