The space - Fully furnished, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite) apartment located on the third floor. - The lounge is classic and stylish with storage space, a comfortable sofa, Smart TV and a balcony facing the communal gardens. - There is a beautiful dining space with seats for 4 guests. The separate modern kitchen includes all cooking utensils, pots and pans are supplied. - The master bedroom has a double bed; the second bedroom has 2 single beds. The beds are set with fresh hotel-quality linen. - The flat has good air-flow in summer and is nice and warm during winter, thanks to efficient radiators. - In the bathroom, you will find fluffy towels and toiletries. - The apartment will be professionally cleaned and set-up to Hotel standards before you arrive. I hope you enjoy your stay here! Guest access You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.

Terms & Conditions

IMPORTANT: -You will be held responsible for keys to the apartment. We reserve the right to charge Guests £100 per set of keys if lost or damaged. -Smoking is prohibited, if we find cigarette ends or other signs of smoking after your stay, we will claim up to £100 from the security deposit. -No noise (including loud music) after 9 pm. - Parties are prohibited in my property and if there will be signs of it left you may be charged £500. - If there will be any complaints that my guests are organizing unauthorized parties or misusing the property, you might be asked to vacate the property immediately and I hold the right to use security guard services if necessary. All eviction expenses will be charged to the guest’s account. -Using the address for personal correspondence and deliveries is prohibited. I might ask you to vacate the property immediately if you breach this rule.
