Welcome to my bright 11th-floor apartment with stunning views of the London skyline! Enjoy the perfect location: it is next to East Street Market, yet very quiet inside. Relax by walking on green streets and enjoy the comfort of stores and cafes in the neighborhood. The space This comfortable and sun-filled fully furnished flat, located in a calm spot on the 11th floor of a building with a lift. The lounge is bright and charming with flat-screen TV, relaxing leather armchair and sofa. Wall-to-wall carpeting for your home-like feeling and floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning view will make your stay comfortable and unforgettable! The separate kitchen is cozy and includes all necessary cooking utensils. Pots and pans are supplied. There is a double bedroom with a storage space, classic wooden furniture, dedicated workspace and a perfect view of central London; the bed is set with fresh hotel-quality linen. In the modern bathroom, you will find fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries. Thanks to the efficient heating system, the flat offers good air-flow during summer and warmth during winter. Furthermore, you can enjoy your mornings and evenings on the fully furnished private balcony. The apartment will be professionally cleaned and set-up to Hotel standards before you arrive. I hope you enjoy your stay here! Guest access You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.

Terms & Conditions

I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay! Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well. I can accommodate late check in after 9pm for a fee of £30. Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless! Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check in at the requested time. Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. Latest check-out time is 1pm. Unauthorised late check out will be charged at £50 per hour. Please don't move any furniture around the house, if you do, please move it back to where it was when you checked in. If the furniture is not in the correct place after your check out, you would be charged 100 GBP. Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.
