It is located in a quiet street, close to amenities and restaurants. Easy access to central London. You will love my place because of the environment, private garden, fast wi-fi, free parking, facilities and plenty of space. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The space - Guests will have the run of the two bedrooms apartment and use of all the facilities. The Garden has recently been developed now boasting lots of green space. - The lounge is classic and stylish with storage space, a comfortable extendable sofa, and a TV. - There is a beautiful dining space with seats for 4 guests. The modern kitchen includes all cooking utensils, pots and pans supplied. - The bedrooms are bright and airy with storage space, one king size and one double bed both are set with fresh hotel-quality linen. - The premises have good air-flow in summer and is nice and warm during winter, thanks to efficient radiators. - In the bathroom, you will find fluffy towels and toiletries. - The house will be professionally cleaned and set up to Hotel standards before you arrive. - The place has a driveway with a parking slot. If there is more than one car, plenty of off-street parking is available. I hope you enjoy your stay here! House rules
-I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay! -Heater: You will find the thermostat in the corridor, please remember to turn it off when you leave. -Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £20 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well. -I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30. -Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless! -Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time. -Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm. Unauthorized late check-out will be charged at £50 per hour. Please don't move any furniture around the house, if you do, please move it back to where it was when you checked in. If the furniture is not in the correct place after your check out, you would be charged 100 GBP. Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.

Cancellation Policy

  • Grace period: cancel within 48 hours after the reservation was made and at least 14 days before check-in to get a full refund
  • If cancelled up to 7 days before check-in, you pay 50% of the booking cost
  • In any other case, there’s no refund
