Short 7-10 minute walk to Hanger Lane (Central Line) and Park Royal (Piccadilly Line) tube stations with easy access to Central London. If you are looking for a nice and quiet place with easy reach throughout the city, look no further! Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless! The space Although it is an extremely easy commute to Central London, my home is the perfect escape from the bustling city. You have the best of both worlds - you can either explore this exciting part of London just a short subway ride away, or get some peace and quiet in my cozy apartment. -The lounge is bright and elegant, boasting a comfy sofa, a coffee table, and a TV. -Contemporary kitchen with all necessary appliances and utensils. -The double bedroom is bright and airy with french panoramic windows. The king-sized bed is set with fresh hotel-quality linen. The bedroom also has a wardrobe so you have plenty of storage space. -There is also a separate storage room where you can store your luggage during your stay. -In the bathroom, you will find fluffy towels and toiletries! -The apartment will be professionally cleaned before your stay. I hope you’ll enjoy your stay at my home. Guest access You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. House rules
IMPORTANT:   -You will be held responsible for keys to the apartment. We reserve the right to charge Guests £100 per set of keys if lost or damaged.     -Smoking is prohibited, if we find cigarette ends or other signs of smoking after your stay, we will claim up to £100 from the security deposit.     -No noise (including loud music) after 9 pm.   - Parties are prohibited in my property and if there will be signs of it left you may be charged £500. - If there will be any complaints that my guests are organizing unauthorized parties or misusing the property, you might be asked to vacate the property immediately and I hold the right to use security guard services if necessary. All eviction expenses will be charged to the guest’s account. -Using the address for personal correspondence and deliveries is prohibited. I might ask you to vacate the property immediately if you breach this rule.

Cancellation Policy

  • Grace period: cancel within 48 hours after the reservation was made and at least 14 days before check-in to get a full refund
  • If cancelled up to 7 days before check-in, you pay 50% of the booking cost
  • In any other case, there’s no refund

You are responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
