Recently refurbished and re-furnished, this homely flat includes a fully equipped and fitted kitchen, a bathroom, a comfortable living/dining room with plenty of light, WiFi and a Smart TV. There are parking bays available. The space - The apartment is situated on the ground floor flat with access to the private patio with outdoor furniture. Recently refurbished and re-furnished, this homely flat includes: - The lounge is modern with a comfortable sofa bed, WiFi and a Smart TV. - There is a beautiful dining space with seats for 4 guests. - Modern kitchen includes all cooking utensils, pots and pans are supplied. - The king-size bedroom is light and airy with storage space, and the bed is set with fresh hotel-quality linen. - The place is nice and warm during the cool months thanks to efficient radiators. - In the bathroom, you will find fluffy towels and toiletries for your comfort. - There are parking bays available. You can park in any bay that doesn’t have a parking post. - My apartment will be professionally cleaned before your stay. I really hope you enjoy your time in my home! Guest access You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.

House rules

I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay! Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please get in touch with me. I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30. Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless! Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time. Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm. Unauthorized late checkout will be charged £50 per hour. No parties, events, or loud music allowed. No smoking is allowed. No illegal substances are allowed on the premises Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.
