I am pleased to offer you this brand new semi-detached house with rear garden. A top choice for families or friends which comfortably accommodates up to 7 people. The house comprises of a high-tech kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a study room and a spacious lounge area. Wooden flooring and underfloor heating are there to make your stay the most comfortable ever. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The space The space footage is 1600 sq ft A brand new semi-detached house with a rear garden. - The lounge is spacious and stylish where you can relax in front of the TV on a comfortable sofa. - In the lounge area, there is a beautiful dining space for 6 people. - The open plan modern kitchen includes all cooking utensils, pots and pans supplied. - There are three en-suite bedrooms. All bedrooms boast double beds set with fresh hotel-quality linen. - The house is equipped with air conditioners and is nice and warm during winter thanks to efficient radiators. - In all the bathrooms you will find fluffy towels and toiletries. - The place will be professionally cleaned and set up to Hotel standards before you arrive. I hope you enjoy your stay here! Guest access You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.

House rules

I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay! Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well. I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30. Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless! Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time. Check-in time is at 3 pm, but due to the large size of the property and time, it takes to clean I might ask you to check-in after 6 pm if there are other guests checking out on the same day. Bag-drop will be available from 3 pm or earlier, please message for details and I will be happy to find a solution for you. Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm. Unauthorized late check out will be charged at £50 per hour. Please don't move any furniture around the house, if you do, please move it back to where it was when you checked in. If the furniture is not in the correct place after your check out, you would be charged 100 GBP. Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.

Grace period: cancel within 48 hours after the reservation was made and at least 14 days before check-in to get a full refund
If cancelled up to 7 days before check-in, you pay 50% of the booking cost
