I'm happy to invite you to my beautiful 1Bed modern apartment. A lovely open-plan home with Juliette balcony, wooden floors, exposed brickwork, and stunning views over the City of London. A perfect base to explore the capital and a peaceful sanctuary to return to. Located in East London’s vibrant Whitechapel area with plenty of shops, bars, cafes, and restaurants all within easy walking distance. Brick Lane, Spitalfields Market, and Whitechapel Gallery are all close by. The space - Spacious, modern apartment with Juliette balcony, double-glazed French doors, and large windows which provide a lot of natural sunlight during the daytime. There are black-out curtains for the nighttime. - The apartment is situated on the third floor. - The living area is classic and stylish with a large comfortable corner sofa, coffee table, wall-mounted Freeview TV with Netflix, and panoramic views. - There is dedicated working space, for those working from home, or on a business trip. - The open-plan modern kitchen includes an integrated Bosch induction hob, Bosch oven, Bosch dishwasher, fridge, and microwave. The kitchen is fully stocked with cutlery, crockery, utensils, pots, and pans. - The bedroom is bright and airy with a very comfy double bed, a large integrated wardrobe including drawer space and sliding mirror door, plus a black-out blind to ensure a good night’s sleep. - There is also an electric standing fan to stay cool in very hot weather. The bathroom has a large rainfall shower and a separate handset. The water is hot with good pressure. Fluffy towels and toiletries are provided. - There is a large storage cupboard in the apartment housing the washer dryer and boiler. Also, a wall thermostat to control the underfloor heating in the cooler months. - The flat has good airflow in summer and is nice and warm during winter, thanks to an efficient heating system. - In the bathroom, you will find fluffy towels and toiletries. - The apartment will be professionally cleaned and set up to Hotel standards before you arrive. House rules
PLEASE NOTE: I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay! ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well. I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30. Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless! Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time. Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm. Unauthorized late check-out will be charged at £50 per hour. Smoking is strongly prohibited, penalty 500GBP. Strictly no parties or loud noise - £1000 fine if this rule is broken.

Policies

Cancellation Policy

  • Grace period: cancel within 48 hours after the reservation was made and at least 14 days before check-in to get a full refund
  • If cancelled up to 7 days before check-in, you pay 50% of the booking cost
  • In any other case, there’s no refund

Damage and Disputes

You are responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
