IMPORTANT: You will be held responsible for keys to the apartment. We reserve the right to charge Guests £100 per set of keys if lost or damaged. Smoking is prohibited, if we find cigarette ends or other signs of smoking after your stay we will claim up to £100 from the security deposit. No noise (including loud music) after 9pm. Using the address for personal correspondence and deliveries is prohibited. I might ask you to vacate the property immediately if you breach this rule. I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay! Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well. I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30. Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless! Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time. Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm. Unauthorized late check out will be charged at £50 per hour. Please don't move any furniture around the house, if you do, please move it back to where it was when you checked in. If the furniture is not in the correct place after your check out, you would be charged 100 GBP. Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.
