It is laid out as a spacious four double-bedroom house with an open and large double reception room, a beautiful kitchen, dining room and a west-facing garden. The house is equipped with free Wifi, Netflix, and is professionally cleaned and managed. The space Spacious living room, 4 well-proportioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & 1 ground floor toilet, with excellent storage. Fully fitted English-style kitchen & dinning room, with all modern appliances washing and tumble dry machine, gas hob, grill/oven, microwave, large fridge and freezer. This house is perfect for working from home, or on vacation for your family or large group. Children are welcome! Guest access You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.

Terms & Conditions

IMPORTANT: -You will be held responsible for keys to the apartment. We reserve the right to charge Guests £100 per set of keys if lost or damaged. -Smoking is prohibited, if we find cigarette ends or other signs of smoking after your stay, we will claim up to £100 from the security deposit. -No noise (including loud music) after 9 pm. - Parties are prohibited in my property and if there will be signs of it left you may be charged £500. - If there will be any complaints that my guests are organizing unauthorized parties or misusing the property, you might be asked to vacate the property immediately and I hold the right to use security guard services if necessary. All eviction expenses will be charged to the guest’s account. -Using the address for personal correspondence and deliveries is prohibited. I might ask you to vacate the property immediately if you breach this rule.
