The space The apartment is a part of Imperial Wharf Riverside Development in west London with its own railway station. The flat is high spec and comes with high-speed internet and air conditioning. -Sun-filled lounge space with floor-to-ceiling windows and a large balcony overlooking the beautiful skyline. The wonderful lounge zone is furnished to a high standard and comprises a comfortable sofa bed and a TV zone with a coffee table. -There is a beautiful dining space with seats for 4 guests. The modern bright kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances and includes all cooking utensils; pots and pans are supplied. - The bedrooms are bright and airy with storage space. One bedroom is ensuite king-size and a single bed in the second bedroom. All beds are set with fresh hotel-quality linen. -The apartment has good airflow in summer and is nice and warm during winter thanks to an efficient air conditioning system. - In the bathrooms, you will find fluffy towels and toiletries. - The property has a large balcony with outdoor furniture where you can unwind with a morning coffee. - The apartment will be professionally cleaned and set up to Hotel standards before you arrive! House rules
No smoking inside the flat, only on the balcony or outside No parties or noisy gatherings of any kind. No throwing of any substance including cigarette counters from balcony or winders. Be kind to unblock the toilet, bus discarding waste in the bin rather than flushing in the toilet. Take extra care with the gas stove turning off the gas immediately after use. I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay! Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well. I can accommodate a late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30. Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless! Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time. Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm. Unauthorised late check-out will be charged £50 per hour. Smoking is strongly prohibited, penalty 500GBP

  • Grace period: cancel within 48 hours after the reservation was made and at least 14 days before check-in to get a full refund
  • If cancelled up to 7 days before check-in, you pay 50% of the booking cost
