The space This spread across four levels home is a stylish and comfortable place to call your home away from home. Renovated in 2019, it has modern fittings whilst maintaining its Victorian charm. A real highlight of the home it's proximity to Central London and the quick 2 minute walk to Elephant & Castle station, serving the Northern and Bakerloo lines. The living area and separate reading room combine tasteful interior decor with lovely finishing touches to create a relaxing place to stay. In the kitchen, you’ll find all the modern appliances you need to cook a delicious meal that you can serve to friends or family sitting around the dining table. The master bedroom has a comfortable super-King bed with fresh hotel-quality linens. This bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom with a stunning walk-in shower as well as his and hers sinks. The second bedroom, meanwhile, boasts a double bed, also fitted with superior-standard linens to ensure you enjoy a great night’s sleep. The colourful third bedroom has bunk beds, allowing the house to accommodate a total of 6 people. You can freshen up in one of two main bathrooms where you can either enjoy a relaxing soak in the luxurious tub or wake up in the morning to an energising shower. Towels and toiletries are provided. There is a convenient separate utility room with a washing machine and dryer, for any laundry you may need to do while on your holiday. It has a lovely outdoor patio where you can sit in the sunshine and enjoy the fresh air! The property will be professionally cleaned before your stay. Elephant and Castle station is a 2-minute walk, while Lambeth North station is roughly a 5-minute walk and Waterloo Station is roughly 8-minute walk, providing access to the Northern, Jubilee, and Bakerloo Lines, National Rail, and Riverboat services. Waterloo provides excellent connectivity to anywhere in London and the South East of England. There are several bus stops within three minutes' walking distance that connect you to Oxford Street and other central locations in 15 minutes. The Citymapper app is highly recommended for help getting around. Alternatively, city taxis and Uber cars are easy to find. Guest access You will have access to the entire property and it is important that you are respectful towards your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. Our standard check-in time is at 3pm and our standard check-out time is at 11am.

No parties. - The property is a house arranged over four levels. - Please remove shoes in the house. - The floors are all wooden so please wipe any spills ASAP! - Please be gentle with dimmer switches. - Please always check doors and windows when leaving the house in the day and before turning in for the night. - The house is not suitable for children under 12. - Please note that that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well. Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500. AS ALWAYS A FEW REMINDERS FOR OUR GUESTS - PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN OPENING WINDOWS -NO NEED TO FORCE. AND ALSO PLEASE ALWAYS REMEMBER TO CLOSE ALL WINDOWS AND THE ROOF LIGHT WHEN LEAVING THE HOUSE AND AT NIGHT.

  • Grace period: cancel within 48 hours after the reservation was made and at least 14 days before check-in to get a full refund
  • If cancelled up to 7 days before check-in, you pay 50% of the booking cost
  • In any other case, there’s no refund
