Unique Studio Flat near Hyde Park, Central London!

The space My studio is located on the ground floor, bright and colourful with a very cosy feel to it. There is a double bed with fresh hotel quality linen for a great sleep. The apartment is equipped with a modern standard kitchen with all necessary amenities to cook and enjoy a great meal. The bathroom is spacious and bright with a window protected by frosted glass. In the bathroom you will find fluffy towels and toiletries. Guest access You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guest comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in entirety. Other things to note I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay! Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £20 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well. I can accommodate late check in after 9pm for a fee of £50. Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless! Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check in at the requested time. The bedroom area is on the second level (with stairs) Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500. IMPORTANT:   -You will be held responsible for keys to the apartment. We reserve the right to charge Guests £100 per set of keys if lost or damaged.     -Smoking is prohibited, if we find cigarette ends or other signs of smoking after your stay, we will claim up to £100 from the security deposit.     -No noise (including loud music) after 9 pm.   - Parties are prohibited in my property and if there will be signs of it left you may be charged £500. - If there will be any complaints that my guests are organizing unauthorized parties or misusing the property, you might be asked to vacate the property immediately and I hold the right to use security guard services if necessary. All eviction expenses will be charged to the guest’s account. -Using the address for personal correspondence and deliveries is prohibited. I might ask you to vacate the property immediately if you breach this rule.
