House rules
I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay! Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please get in touch with me. I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30. Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless! Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time. Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm. Unauthorized late checkout will be charged £50 per hour. No parties, events, or loud music allowed. No smoking is allowed. No pets allowed. Suitable for toddlers and children under 12. No unregistered guests are allowed. Please do not eat or drink in the bedrooms. Please respect the noise curfew. Please turn off the heating when you leave at the end of your stay. Please respect check-in and check-out times. Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee. Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit. Please don’t rearrange the furniture. Please do your dishes. Please take the trash out before you leave. No illegal substances are allowed on the premises Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.

Cancellation Policy

  • Grace period: cancel within 48 hours after the reservation was made and at least 14 days before check-in to get a full refund
  • If cancelled up to 7 days before check-in, you pay 50% of the booking cost
  • In any other case, there’s no refund
