The space - A lovely 1 BDR apartment with wooden floors, situated on the first floor with stairs. - The lounge is classic and stylish with storage space, a comfortable sofa and wide windows, providing a lot of natural light. - There is a beautiful dining space with seats for 4 guests. The modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare and enjoy a homemade meal; cooking utensils, pots and pans are supplied. - The double bedroom is bright and airy with plenty of storage space underneath; the bed is set with fresh hotel-quality linen. - The flat has good air flow in summer and is nice and warm during winter, thanks to an efficient heating system. - In the bathroom, you will find fluffy towels and toiletries. - The apartment will be professionally cleaned and set-up to Hotel standards before you arrive. I hope you enjoy your stay here! Guest access You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety. Other things to note I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay! Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well. I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30. Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless! Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time. Check-in time is at 3 pm, but due to the large size of the property and the time, it takes to clean I might ask you to check in after 6 pm if there are other guests checking out on the same day. Bag-drop will be available from 3 pm or earlier, please message for details and I will be happy to find a solution for you. Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm. Unauthorized late check out will be charged at £50 per hour. Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.
