It is spacious and bright, with large windows and access to the balcony. - There is a wonderful dining space with seats for 4 guests. An open-plan modern kitchen contains all cooking utensils, pots and pans supplied. - There are two bedrooms: En-suite master bedroom with double bed Double bedroom with guest bathroom - All bedrooms are bright and airy with lots of storage space. The beds are set with fresh hotel-quality linen. - The place is nice and warm during the cool months thanks to efficient radiators. - In both bathrooms, you will find fluffy towels and toiletries. - My apartment will be professionally cleaned before your stay. I really hope you enjoy your time in my home! Guest access You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety. Access to the facilities in the building such as Gym, conference room, library & lounge, cinema room, and the world-famous sky pool connecting the two towers of the Legacy Building is available for 3 months+ bookings as it requests an induction.

House rules
Other things to note -90 days minimum stay. - no parties or loud music at any time - only the confirmed number of guests allowed - damage/theft will be taken from the deposit - CCTV on all premises Please note that that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well. I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30. Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless! Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm. Unauthorised late check-out will be charged £50 per hour. Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.

Cancellation Policy

  • Grace period: cancel within 48 hours after the reservation was made and at least 14 days before check-in to get a full refund
  • If cancelled up to 7 days before check-in, you pay 50% of the booking cost
  • In any other case, there’s no refund
