- Spacious 3 bedroom, reception room, and large kitchen, with dedicated dining area.
- The lounge is classic and stylish with 2 comfortable sofas, large windows, and a fireplace.
- There is a beautiful dining space with seats for 6 guests. The open-space modern kitchen includes all cooking utensils, pots and pans are supplied.
- The bedrooms are bright and airy with storage space.
- The master bedroom boasts a cozy king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom, and there is a super king-size bed in the second bedroom, that can be converted into 2 single beds. And another king-size bed in the third bedroom. The beds are set with fresh hotel-quality linen.
- TV in each room;
- SONOS sound system; Xbox for your convenience;
- Dyson air coolers are provided around the house;
- Large fridge-freezer will be a great benefit for a family trip;
- Separate wine cooler;
- Dedicated laundry room;

Terms & Conditions
IMPORTANT:
- You will be held responsible for keys to the apartment.
We reserve the right to charge Guests £100 per set of keys if lost or damaged. -Smoking is prohibited, if we find cigarette ends or other signs of smoking after your stay, we will claim up to £100 from the security deposit.
- No noise (including loud music) after 9 pm.
- Parties are prohibited in my property and if there will be signs of it left you may be charged £500.
- If there will be any complaints that my guests are organizing unauthorized parties or misusing the property, you might be asked to vacate the property immediately and I hold the right to use security guard services if necessary. All eviction expenses will be charged to the guest’s account.
- Using the address for personal correspondence and deliveries is prohibited. I might ask you to vacate the property immediately if you breach this rule.

Cancellation Policy
- Grace period: cancel within 48 hours after the reservation was made and at least 14 days before check-in to get a full refund
- If cancelled up to 7 days before check-in, you pay 50% of the booking cost
- In any other case, there’s no refund

You are responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
